Never miss a check-in, Our chicken waits for you to connect to a WiFi then checks you into the foursquare place that you chose for this wifi.Most applications on the market that help you to check into Foursquare consume too much battery power that you end up uninstalling them to save battery power.This app was thought out with battery consumption in mind, the way it works is that:1- You choose the venue you want to be checked into.2- You choose the WiFi that you will be connected to when you want to check-in to that location.3- The app stays closed in the background and the Android operating system wakes the application up when you connect to a WiFi network4- The application checks the WiFi name, if it's one of the WiFi's you have configured for a check-in, it will automatically check you in and add a notification for you to know you have been checked in.I created this app so that it would automatically check me into work and home without me having to remember it at all, so it was initially for personal use but I plan to enhance it further and will keep batter power consumption in mind as I add features, so stay tuned,If you have any bugs/feature request please email me at mailto:chicken@toolsera.com :) or you can add them directly to https://bitbucket.org/Shereef/chicken/issuesP.S. The internet connection is only used to communicate with foursquare and Google analytics (this only tracks how many users opened the application, how many times, and which screens have they used, but never tracks what you are doing) , You information never leaves your device, your check-ins/name/location is always private until it reaches foursquare.IMPORTANT NOTE: http://developer.android.com/about/versions/android-3.1.html"Starting from Android 3.1, the system's package manager keeps track of applications that are in a stopped state and provides a means of controlling their launch from background processes and other applications."So if you force close the application it will not automatically check you on when you connect to a wifi until you manually start it again!
